What is your deal with shipping and payment?
We are offering free domestic shipping (USA) as a grand opening special. There are no handling fees and no tax outside of PA orders on certain items.
We will process your order within 5 business days after we receive your payment All shipments will be sent through the US Postal Service so delivery times will vary based on how far from Philly you live.
If we are out of stock on an item you will be notified and your payment will be refunded to you.
We have a no-return policy so if you have a question about an item please write us to ask any questions you want before you make your purchase. CrashBangMail@aol.com we will get back to you as quick as we can.

What happened? There was a proposed rent increase that would have destroyed us.
Why did you change the name? Zipperhead was what it was and where it was. We needed to cut all ties with the old place for a number of reasons. We are the same people, with the same stuff, and the same commitment to the scene. We needed to be able to insure that no one could monkey with us again.
