Special Effects is our favorite brand of hair dye. It is the strongest brand of temporary hair dye that we have been able to find. It is thick and concentrated and we are sure you will be happy with the quality. For best results you should bleach your hair before using the dye. Follow instructions on packages. These products are not tested on animals.

40 volume bleach is stronger than 30 volume and should be used to strip other dyes from your hair.
