Returns/Exchanges

If exchanging something, we suggest you place a new order on the website for the style/size you want within 5 days of receipt of your order.  Then send back the original item(s) with a copy of your original invoice and a copy of your new order that you placed. When we receive it, we will refund your credit card/Paypal for the cost of the item(s), providing you adhere to all the policies. At this point, we will ship you your new order. Shipping/handling costs are non-refundable
 
If returning something, you must contact us first, e-mail us at CRASHBANGMAIL@AOL.COM within 5 days of receipt of your order. The email should include a valid reason for the return and request a refund. We will email you back with instructions regarding the return. Then send back the item(s) with a copy of your invoice and a copy of the email sent to us requesting a refund.  When we receive it, we will refund your credit card/Paypal for the cost of the item(s), providing you adhere to all the policies. Shipping/handling costs are non-refundable. All sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.


HERE'S OUR RETURN POLICY:
 
CRASH BANG BOOM will NOT accept any returns or exchanges for any reason after 1 month from the date your order shipped. NO EXCEPTIONS.
 
Clothing, t-shirts, and leather goods must be returned in new, unworn and unwashed condition with all tags in place.
*note:  if you smoke or have a smoker in your household, you must keep your clothing away from where you or anyone else smokes.  If you return clothing smelling of smoke we will NOT accept them for return or exchange. *note:  if you have animals in your household do not let them on your clothing that you plan on returning. Clothing must be clean and free of pet hair and odor. If you return clothing in any of the previous conditions listed, we will NOT accept them for return or exchange.  
 
NO RETURNS ON HAIR COLORS. 
 
NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS FOR SALE ITEMS. 
  
CRASH BANG BOOM is NOT responsible if your return package is lost or damaged when shipping back  to us.  We strongly recommend using a service that has tracking like UPS or FED EX, or  delivery confirmation through the USPS.  If we do not receive your package and you did not use one of these services, we cannot help you or issue any refunds. So use a tracking service!
Please check your order immediately, if something is incorrect with your order you MUST contact us within 5 days of receipt.  We will not acknowledge your claim otherwise.
