Returns/Exchanges

As our policy has always been in store as well as online (prior to Covid-19), WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.
PLEASE BE SURE OF THE SIZES YOU ARE PURCHASING AS DURING COVID-19 IT IS UNLIKELY WE WILL BE ABLE TO EXCHANGE FOR SIZE!
If wishing to exchange something for size, we suggest you contact us immediately of receipt of your order as we do not stock large quantities of merchandise. If we have the new size in stock, we will ask you to ship your original purchase back to us and upon receipt of it, we will then ship you the new size for a minimal fee. If the new size is not available for exchange and you have to wait for your new size to be available from the manufacturer, you then have the option to wait or cancel your order. You will have to ship your item back within 3 BUSINESS DAYS of you contacting us with regards to the original order. When we receive your item(s) back, we will inform you of their arrival and then if you have chosen to not wait for your new size, we will refund your credit card/Paypal for the cost of the item(s), providing you adhere to all the policies. If you are waiting for it's arrival from the manufacturer, we will keep you informed of when it is supposed to arrive and ship your new order to you when in fact it does. Shipping/handling costs are non-refundable. Sale items are not available for exchange therefore non-refundable.
 
CRASH BANG BOOM DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. The only reason we will even consider a return is if you feel you have received something incorrectly.  You then must contact us immediately upon receipt of your order, and e-mail us at CRASHBANGMAIL@AOL.COM .The email should include a picture of the incorrect item and a description of what your were supposed to receive. We will email you back with instructions regarding the return to be shipped to us within 3 BUSINESS DAYS. When we receive the item(s), we will send you the correct item(s).  Since this has always been our policy in our brick and mortar storefront to not accept returns it is the same policy on our website. Shipping/handling costs are non-refundable. All sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.


HERE'S OUR RETURN POLICY:
 
CRASH BANG BOOM will NOT accept any returns or exchanges for any reason after 7 days from the date your order originally shipped. So, again, if there is an issue contact us immediately otherwise NO EXCEPTIONS.
 
Clothing, t-shirts, and leather goods must be returned in new, unworn and unwashed condition with all tags in place.
*note:  if you smoke or have a smoker in your household, you must keep your clothing away from where you or anyone else smokes.  If you return clothing smelling of smoke we will NOT accept them for return or exchange. *note:  if you have animals in your household do not let them on your clothing that you plan on returning. Clothing must be clean and free of pet hair and odor. If you return clothing in any of the previous conditions listed, we will NOT accept them for return or exchange.  
 
NO RETURNS ON HAIR COLORS.
NO RETURNS ON SUNGLASSES .
NO RETURNS ON HOSIERY. 
NO RETURNS ON PIERCING JEWELRY.
NO RETURNS ON VINTAGE/SECOND HAND GOODS.
 
NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS FOR SALE ITEMS. 
  
CRASH BANG BOOM is NOT responsible if your return package is lost or damaged when shipping back to us. We strongly recommend using a service that has tracking like UPS or FED EX, or  delivery confirmation through the USPS.  If we do not receive your package and you did not use one of these services, we cannot help you or issue any refunds. So use a tracking service!
Please check your order immediately, if something is incorrect with your order you MUST contact us immediately.  We will not acknowledge your claim otherwise.
